The Hollybush has been part of Ashby Parva life for hundreds of years. Originally built in the 1600s, it has welcomed generations of villagers, farmers, walkers and families — a place where stories have been shared, friendships made, and community celebrated.

Today, The Hollybush is lovingly run by Matt and Lucy, with the cheerful help of their little girl, Esmé. Keeping the spirit of a true village pub alive is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in simple, honest hospitality: home-cooked food, good drinks, and a warm welcome for anyone who walks through the door.
